These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASTROLOGUS platform, products, and digital services (collectively, the "Services") provided by XORD LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Payment and Billing
All purchases are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, including Stripe and PayPal, or via public blockchain transactions for cryptocurrency payments (ETH, BTC). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is completed. For any billing disputes, please contact us at support@xord.io within 7 days of the transaction.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XORD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
