This Privacy Policy explains how XORD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
We are committed to data minimization and collect only the information essential to provide our services. The information we collect depends on how you interact with our products.
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect and store your Email Address for login and password recovery, and a Secure Password Hash (your password is never stored in plain text). We also track your AI Reading Balance.
- Payment Information: We do not see, handle, or store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely by our authorized Merchants of Record, Stripe and PayPal, or through public blockchain records for cryptocurrency payments.
ASTROLOGUS: Data Collection and Handling
The ASTROLOGUS service requires sensitive personal data to function. We are radically transparent about how this data is handled.
- Data Collected for Readings: To generate an astrological reading, you must provide your Birth Date, Birth Time, and Birth Location.
- Data Processing and Erasure: This birth data is used for the sole purpose of generating your astrological chart and reading for your current session. This data is processed on our servers but is not stored by default. Once your session ends or you close the browser, this information is permanently erased from our system.
- Optional Data Storage (User Control): You have the option to create an account and explicitly save your birth data and readings to your profile for future use, using the Stardust Memories feature. This data is only stored if you choose to do so. You have full control to view, edit, or delete this saved information from your account at any time.
- Access Limitation: Your saved charts and dialogues are stored securely and only accessed when required for account functionality. XORD LLC does not review, analyze, or use your data for any purpose unless legally compelled to do so.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our services, such as allowing you to log in and access your remaining reading balance.
- To process transactions securely through our payment partners.
- To communicate with you, for instance, for password recovery or customer support inquiries sent to support@xord.io.
XORD LLC does not store, share, or sell any customer data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics software beyond standard server logs and a basic Google Analytics implementation for monitoring site traffic.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your password is encrypted using bcrypt, and all data transmission is secured via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. If you have an account, you can manage your data directly from your account settings. For any other requests, please contact us.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
